Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated July 29, 2026
The network routes traffic through real residential connections. What you do through it lands on real people's addresses, so the line is simple: lawful, honest traffic only. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
Prohibited
- Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the destination's, including fraud, phishing, and money laundering.
- Any material involving the exploitation of minors. Zero tolerance; reported to authorities.
- Unauthorized access: credential stuffing, account takeover, vulnerability scanning or exploitation of systems you do not own or have written permission to test.
- Attacks on availability: denial of service, flooding, or knowingly degrading third-party infrastructure.
- Spam and bulk unsolicited messaging, including registration of accounts for that purpose.
- Payment fraud, including carding, testing stolen cards, and abusing trials or promotions at scale.
- Malware distribution or command-and-control traffic.
- Harassment, stalking, or surveillance of individuals.
Enforcement
We meter connections, not content, but we investigate abuse reports and anomalous patterns. Violations lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund, and to disclosure to authorities where the law requires it.
Reporting abuse
To report abuse originating from the network, write tosupport@tpp.io with timestamps and destination details; we can trace metered connections and act on them.
