1. What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and password hash.
- Billing data: purchases and metered bandwidth per login. Card details go to our payment processor and never touch our servers.
- Connection metadata: timestamps, the endpoint used, targeting parameters, and byte counts, kept for metering and abuse handling.
2. What we do not collect
We do not store the content of traffic relayed through the network. Proxied connections are piped, not recorded; destination traffic is not inspected or retained beyond the metadata above.
3. How we use it
To run the service: metering prepaid bandwidth, operating and debugging the network, preventing abuse of the Acceptable Use Policy, and contacting you about your account. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Sharing
Data is shared only with processors needed to run the service (payments, email) and with authorities when the law compels it. If we must disclose, we disclose the minimum required.
5. Retention
Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and as long as tax and accounting law requires. Connection metadata is kept for 90 days, then deleted.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your personal data, correction, or deletion at any time by writing to support@tpp.io. Deleting your account removes personal data that we are not legally required to keep.
7. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
