Terms of Service
Last updated July 29, 2026
1. The service
TPP ("we", "us") operates a residential proxy network. You connect through our regional endpoints and your traffic exits through third-party residential connections. Bandwidth is prepaid by the gigabyte and metered as the sum of bytes sent and received through the network.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for everything done through your account and your proxy credentials, including use by subusers you create. Keep credentials secret; tell us at once if you believe they are compromised. We may refuse or close accounts at our discretion.
3. Payment and bandwidth
Purchased bandwidth is credited to your account and drawn down as you use the network. Metered usage is authoritative and purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Resellers may allocate bandwidth to subusers; allocation moves bandwidth between logins and is not additional usage.
4. Acceptable use
Use of the network is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. We may suspend or terminate access immediately and without refund for violations.
5. Availability
The network routes through residential connections that come and go by nature; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific exits, or specific performance, and offer no SLA unless agreed in writing.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for what you do with the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of the updated terms.
